It is a must have in every large settlement. This office does not have to built next to your original warehouse, it can be built on the other side of an island to make ship trips significantly shorter. Patricians and Noblemen eat a lot of bread and beer so it may be worth setting up a dedicated bread and beer island. Crop farms can only be placed on Occidental islands with wheat fertility.
