Attainments are stat bonuses or unlocks purchased with Honour from the AI mentors (and Corsairs). The Attainment menu can be accessed from the citizen stage on with the second button from the right (the one with the shield icon) in the lower right hand corner of the game screen between the Routing button and the Options buttons. It can also be accessed with the F10 key.
