Brother Hilarius is one of many neutral parties and resides in the Mountain monastery. He plays a vital role during the Campaign and can also be encountered in certain scenarios and randomly in continuous games.
Brother Hilarius' specialty is to offer Occidental goods to the player, each with a capacity limit. These goods consist at maximum of Tools (15 tons), Stone (20 tons), Beer (15 tons) and Wine (10 tons).
